I use this supplement in conjunction with others to help a genetic connective tissue condition I have. This supplement will help with hypermobile joints, restores vascular structural integrity, large veins, POTS, dysautonomia, heart valve dysfunction, high intracranial pressure, Chiari-like symptoms with headaches, neuro-nausea, swallowing difficulty and eliminates vagus nerve compression symptoms, dysautonomia, craniocervical instability, spinal instability, scoliosis, pulmonary hypertension, pelvic prolapses, bruising, scarring and wound healing, bone density. I have been using this supplement along with others on the Cusack Protocol fir 11 months and feel a lot better than I did.

I had heard this is good for balancing your blood sugar but honestly I was quite skeptical. It absolutely blew me away. I feel so much better, my food and sugary snacks cravings are 90% gone; I sleep better and I feel stronger and calmer overall. I also feel it’s helping my digestion, my tummy definitely feels calmer. Last but not least, the first night I took it - 2 caps before bedtime, my leg cramps disappeared!! I couldn’t believe it. For the first time in months I was not awakened by terrible muscle cramps. Then I read it’s good for nerves too…that must have played a part. Overall…what an amazing quality product by Host Defense! I hope they never stop making it! I’m hooked for life. :))

I follow a health regimen for a connective tissue disorder and it includes the maitake mushroom and they recommend the host defense brand. I have seen significant improvement in energy levels since adding this supplement to the regimen. Host defense is a great brand with high quality ingredients but can run on the expensive side. I found that ordering through Iherb was the best way to go as their price is the most reasonable and you can often find coupons.
