I'm not a good review-writer, but this Country Life D3 is great. This brand and potency are recommended by a trusted dietician/researcher, and I've noticed quite a difference since I began taking it, compared to what I've taken in the past. The first thing I noticed the first time I bought it, is the freshness (very) and the pill size (small), both of which are very important to me. I have several health issues, and this D3 definitely helps where others did not. I trust the quality because I noticed a difference in inflammation, though my medicine hadn't changed, not too long after I started taking it. I'm less irritable and have fewer night sweats, but I don't know if that's related. Regardless, I recommend this particular vitamin D3 very strongly.

The sizing, dosage and quality of these vitamin d Softgels are great for the price range. I confirmed directly with the manufacturer that they use MCT from Coconut Oil. So that is great ruling out seed oils which is a big no no. Therefore the ingredients are clean and I highly recommend them
