Not for sensitive stomachs
This is probably not a bad product but not for me. I have gastritis and IBS and unlike the previous glutamine I had , this felt heavy on my stomach and caused bloating. I think mainly cuz it felt more grainy and not a fine powder. But if you don’t have gastric issues like me , it’s fine. I gave it to my boyfriend and he doesn’t mind it.
