I typically use an exfoliant about once a week, which is really all that's necessary. Anymore than that and you'll aggravate your skin. But it works decently and I'm happy with it. I find this works nicely on the body moreso than the face as I think physical exfoliants are a bit harsh for the face.

A little gentle for a scrub as you don’t feel like it is exfoliating as much as my prior products, but no other issues so I will use it up.
