Been taking dong guai for long haul. My ma and grandma used to cook the dried TCM dong guai with chicken on monthly basis. The capsules is definitely easier and more convenient. It helps to regulate period and lessen PMS. Now i am on the onset of perimenopause, but not showing much symptoms. I reckon my regular consumption of dong guai has helped alleviate those mood swing, hot flushes and achy body. I would highly recommend all ladies to consume this supplement regularly. Be it in the traditional TCM form with chicken or capsules

Quality
I recently tried another well known brand trying to save money. Big mistake! Hormones went out of control, anxiety through the roof. I had to go and buy this brand again. Now I’m back to normal again. Never going back again.

So, your attention is given to the Chinese angelica, which has simply magical properties:
- problems in gynecology are his main field of work (cycle disorders, menopause, infertility, etc.);
- respiratory tract diseases (bronchitis, pneumonia, etc.);
- - problems with the gastrointestinal tract (gastritis, colitis, biliary dyskinesia);
- problems with the genitourinary system (kidneys, cystitis, etc.).
In general, if you have any of these problems, then you are here, because Now Foods Dong Quai, 100 Capsules is a master in his field.

Great quality supplement!
I have been using Dong Quai for about six weeks now and my hot flashes are completely gone! This has great benefit! I know it's the dong quai because I ran out and the hot flashes started again. I was taking two with each meal but am cutting down to one with meals to. See if that works too. I highly recommend this!

Great
Stops the menopause sweats. Great stuff. Tastes a bit dodgy when you swallow the pills but it’s a high quality product. Would highly recommend.

Think they work
I did use them up, but I did take a whole bunch of different herbs at the same time, so no idea really of how good they work.
