got this as it was recommended for me for mood and health and will update after use. update: i used it for less than a month now, two pills daily with food. i don't know exactly if it helped with my moods but i will order a new bottle and continue on this course and hopefully i will get the benefits it provides.

I've had a really serious pre period crash and decided to give it a go with this supplement, and I really have noticed the changes, I no longer have such severe pre period crashes, my mood is overall better and more stable, another thing that I've noticed is that even when I take a break from it I don't get to the state I was at before, I guess it does provide some long-term benefits even after stopping. I love the ingredient list and that it has so many needed vitamins in one package. It's a must for me!
