The ingredients could be better cause it should be only black seed, but it is listed that it’s has cumin oil and seed oil but anyway the size of the bottle is great. The packaging I prefer glass packaging and this is plastic. They say it’s really good when you are sickand it’s a super food. And it reduces inflammation. It’s good for the hair.
