Been using it for almost 2 weeks, i have noticed the benefits almost immediately. I have a sensitive stomach for caffeine but this honestly doesn’t do as much as a coffee would do to me, i actually prefer taking this to go to the toilet instead of a cup of coffee that would make me toilet bound for the whole day, i started taking them at 4-5am when i wake up to pray and by the time i have to wake up for work/uni, im fully awake and ready to leave the bed.
