You can have vitamins D and K with turmeric which helps with absorption. It has a good quantity per pill for daily intake. Is easy to swallow, much better than other pills in the market. If you have mild deficiency this might be the product for you. Recommend if it aligns with your nutritional needs.

Good D3 & K2 composition and dosage but find the size of capsule quite big to be swallowed. Tried this mainly due to the ingredient also contain Turmeric. The glass bottle is heavy but unique and better quality compared to other brands using plastic container.
I like the fact that this isn't just Vitamin D, but also Vitamin K and Turmeric extract, so no need to drink 3 separate supplements, one will be enough. It's a pity there are only 60 soft-gels in the package, as the recommended dosage is 2 soft-gels a day. So it will last only a month, while I need to constantly drink Vitamin D as I don't get the normal amount under the sun. I don't know if one month will be enough to see any effect on my immunity, we'll see.
