I have repurchased this product more than a couple of times now becasue I have noticed comfort n less swelling the following day since I usually take it before I go to sleep with plenty of water. it is annoying because it is a diuretic u will go to the toilet often during the night but my legs n my hands are way less swollen...so it does work this is my personal experience somone else might be different
