I've been taking L-Tyrosine to help with ADHD symptoms, and it has made a huge benefit in my daily life. My focus has improved significantly, it's much easier to concentrate, and I’ve been able to get so much more done. My energy levels have also noticeably increased. One important thing to consider is that if you have low iron, you should not take L-Tyrosine for ADHD, as it can actually make things worse. But for me, it has worked very well. The size of the capsule is great—very easy to swallow, and there is absolutely no taste. Also, this ingredient is beneficial for the thyroid gland, which is another great plus. Highly recommend!

It is my first time ordering from iHerb. I believe this is one of the cheapest. Took a week to arrive here in Thailand and another week to to get delivered to my door. No tax. I decided to try out L-Tyrosine after listening to Huberman podcast and did some research. I just started taking it so can't comment on the effectiveness just yet. The expiration date is 07/2027. The bottle is sealed (just like any good supplement should be). The pills are white capsules with no markings. Everything looks good. Definitely will order again if this one runs out.

I've tried this before and worked wonderfully. Took it again now and gave me some anxiety, This raises your adrenaline, so if your adrenaline is already high, this is not OK for you. I took it 4 years ago in low cortisol and gave me energy. But in high cortisol should not be taken,
