for me life extension is one of the best brands for food integrators. so I was sure about the quality of this product. the taste is good (mint). I cannot say about the absorption for sure because I didn't test myself before and after this product, but it should be good because it is in liquid and this is the best form. it seems small but actually the size is enormous and related to that you need to be careful with the dosage. Only one drop Is 2000 IU. And I usually take 2000 per day.
