Prenatal vitamins help the baby develop correctly and encourage healthy growth during pregnancy. A steady vitamin routine can help avoid low birth weight, birth defects, and some preterm births. The tablet is huge, so if you have an issue swallowing big pills, this could be a problem. It was recommended by a nutritionist since it has raw ingredients, though, some of the dosage % is quite low, so it would really depend on which vitamin your body is lacking and if you're quite okay with the servings. Been taking it for almost 2 months now and fell pregnant on the 1st month of usage. Unfortunately, it ended up in a 6.5-week miscarriage.
After a lot of research I narrowed down to this brand. They are very helpful and has all the minerals required. I would highly suggest these.

This prenatal has everything a pregnant woman needs. I like that there is no folic acid in it and instead has folate, which is the form that is much better for your body and easier to absorb. IF you have an MTHFR mutation then avoiding folic acid and instead using folate is very important.

This is great quality with clean ingredients. There’s not a taste unless you leave it in your mouth. The tablets were medium size and I only used one a day not being pregnant.
