The powder is hard to mix. I tried room temp water, cold water, hot water, with a shaker, with a frother... it just never dissolved well. I could double the amount of water recommended, still can visibly see all the powders. And it aerates the water and sticky liquids burst out when you open the bottle after shaking. This grape flavour is extremely sweet (coming from me a big dessert guy). It just doesn't work for me.

i can't take pre-workout as the caffeine in most pre-workouts gives me the jitters so i use this as a pre-workout instead. gives me a good pump in the gym and is delicious in water because it's fizzy like a soda! i dry scoop this instead of mixing it in my bottle and it gives my mouth a good tingle and hypes me up for my workout.

This is truly helps with the power, I work at night shift and I do my workout after work then sleep so normally I feel tired in the morning after night shift but after taking this I can feel the power, also pump which gives you good motivation to continue your workout I bought the Blue Raz first and I really like the effect I got using it so I bought this one and taste both fine, absolutely must try product, price also reasonable Enjoy :)

I love that it’s a non stim pump, but it’s effervescent which I’m not a fan of. The flavor is wonderful though.

Give me a good strength from around middle of the workouts and is better than caffeine
