I love this as an afternoon caffeine-free beverage. I make it in a drip filter, and the "coffee" is great, but I find the brewing gets bogged down at the end of the pour. It's hard to get the last bit of water out. I have not yet used my aeropress, but I assume that will be a better choice. I was surprised to find that the ingredients include "flavor". I would have preferred to taste a chicory and date product without the added "natural flavors". I think I prefer the other dandelion root option in this line, but this one is great.

This is my first time trying chicory and it tastes ok. Dried fruit add some flavour but still not as good as real coffee. The quality is good, bitterness of taste makes your brain think that you drink coffee. I make it in the french press, but you can also brew it in the coffee machine.
