the ingredients of this protein shake seem fine to me. the taste is okay. I like the fact that it's plant based so it's easier to digest.

The quality and taste is very good compared to water brands, and while it is a natural kind of vegan proteins, which I like, I am moving to something even more natural that does not have the “natural flavours“ in the ingredient list, which generally are not natural at all and can create a irritation, but if you’re not peculiar about this, it’s pretty good, consistency is nice and can be stared with a spoon easily , gets quite creamy
Finally a vegan protein that doesn't force you to skimp on taste. Nice chocolate flavor. Not gritty whatsoever... very smooth texture once it's blended. And you get some greens which is nice as well. Big fan.
