This is the 3rd bottle of this mushroom supplement I’ve used. I’ve felt positive effects from this supplement as well. I've been using Solaray products for over 3 years; and, during this time I have always received high quality vitamins, which had no defects or issues (such as broken seals, missing vitamins, etc.). And, when I take the Solaray vitamins, I can feel them working in a way that is positive, with no side affects. One of the few brand which produces fermented mushrooms.

I gave this to her to start taking and within a couple of days she was better. She was very happy to have felt better so quickly. The blend of these mushrooms do a great job at protecting your immune system and getting you on the way to recovery much quicker, also when adding vitamin c it is a power pack duo. Keep this item on hand to have when you feel something start to come on, you will be glad you did. The capsule size is average when compared with other brands so getting them down shouldn't be an issue.
i bought this because I read mushrooms have a wide range of benefits. i have been taking lions mane for a while. this brand also contains lions mane together with other types of mushrooms. studies show that mushrooms are good for brain health. so far, its too early to say anything. but been taking lions mane for a while.
Nice all-in-one blend for immune support. The fermented formula seems gentle on my stomach, though you do need two caps to get the full dose.
