Good Mix of Vitamins & Minerals
Did a deep dive during my pre-conception planning and found a liquid prenatal with a great mix of the needed vitamins and minerals. While that's still my go-to, I found it was nearly impossible to travel with as it only comes in a large size and needs to be refrigerated once open. I decided to try these gummies as an alternative and grew to really like them. They are fairly high in sugar, so not sure I would take these all the time, but the flavors are pretty mild and they are really easy to take. No upset stomach or any other issues. Will continue using these as my travel prenatal alternative!
