I take this together with other herbal supplemets for menopausal women, such as Wild Yam and Black Cohosh - and it works for better sleeping and not sweating so much during nights. It is a small capsule very easy to swallow
Capsules are small which makes them easier to swallow. I had already bought it previously and coming for a second round as it has been very helpful with perimenopause.
I have been taking a few brands for Dong Quai from iherb, this one say extra strength but i dont feel much different from other brand to be honest. May be because my body is used to it. Just my opinion and well my sister also said the same thing that she doesnt feel much different from other brand

This is my second bottle! I really enjoy the tiny capsules and the potency of the herb is excellent. You can take more depending on your tolerance. It states on the bottle not to consume during your cycle and I absolutely recommend listening to that
I bought it based on the description that it was supposed to help with hot flashes. I've now taken it as recommended, which is one or two capsules per day for two weeks, but I'm sweating terribly and still have hot flashes. So I can't say at the moment whether I can recommend the product, I'll finish the bottle and then let you know. They are ok size capsules. I also take Solaray, Female Hormone Blend SP-7C™, 100 VegCaps, but still i didnt find the product what help.
This is a good sized dosage and seems to be good quality ingredients. It benefits PMS moodiness and depression.
