I want 100mg of Hesperidin, but this says Hesperidin Complex: 100mg... so my question is... does that mean 100mg of Hesperidin, or does it mean it is a 100mg of a complex of vitamins that also contains an undisclosed amount of Hesperidin? This is very important and I cannot find the answer.
There aren't only citrus bioflavonoids, but also rutin and hesperidin. 1 tablet contains 1000 mg of lemon bioflavonoids, 100 mg of hesperidin and 100 mg of rutin. It's a great antioxidant complex. The manufacturer has changed the packaging design. Now the packaging looks like in the attached photos. The tablets are large, oval-shaped, brown with flecks. They're suitable for vegetarians. I take 1 tablet daily for vascular and capillary support. The tablets also contain silica, green pepper, rose hips and acerola cherry. It’s not very easy to swallow such a large tablet, but I’ve already gotten used to it. A pack lasts for 100 days.

I’ve been using this for my family for many years. Once a slight sneeze or cold, pop in 4 or 5 tabs (Vit C loading) and can see big improvement in few hours. Also good to take in high dosage when you feel you’re coming down with a fever or sore throat. However, solution is not a replacement to see the doctor.
