This is top quality creatine because the company has its own factory producing the creatine itself, unlike the other brands that just buy the ingredient from whatever supplier in the world is cheapest. Be prepared for seriously sour taste, though in enough water it becomes just pleasantly tart like water with some lemon added. My one issue is that this container of 64 servings of the powder costs the same as the company’s capsules which are the same dosage but come with 72 servings. Anyone who assumes the powder is cheaper is wrong!

I bought this because regular creatine causes stomach issues for me. This also causes the same stomach issues. It does seem more potent than regular creatine. The stomach issues are probably highly specific to me (I have a weird stomach).

Good formula. I am happy with the effect. Not 100% sure if it much better than monohydrate but there is nothing wrong with it. The price is just a bit high.

This has a tart taste which I like. I add it to my collagen lemonade that I make with San pelligrino. It’s of good quality and doesn’t cause me any GI distress.
