Not sure if it works, i think i regret buying this. It is warming yes but i dont see any improvement using this. It is not like a wonder product. Just to supplement your fat concentration reduction in area but i doubt the benefit to be honest. I used this in the tummy area. Wont try again so I cannot recommend.
