I like to add superfood protein on my kids shake. when my kids don’t want to eat for breakfast I blend it with oat milk and bananas. This way I know they will have a source of protein for breakfast. If not in the morning, they’ll have in the afternoon. I believe that it helps them to grow health and stronger .?
