I bought these by accident but I decided to keep them and give them a try. They came in good secure packaging. They are fresh, the expiration date isn't until Sept 2028. They consist of good clean natural ingredients. They are supposed to help with brain health, heart health and energy. They are big chewable tablets that taste like chalky fruit vitamins. I take this after I have eaten something or else I get a bit of a stomach upset.
