I’ve been suffering RLS since I was really young. Now I’m in my 50s and perimenopause stage the more I suffer from it specially at night. I could get myself to sleep because of the aches and the need to continue moving my legs to relieve the pain. Since I’ve been taking Hyland’s Restful Legs the relief I get from it and improvement from my sleep it made me so happy about it.
I suffer terribly from restless legs, especially right before bed. Whenever I feel the symptoms coming on, I reach for Hyland's Restful Legs and within ten minutes notice a marked improvement with almost immediate relief. Some may say this supplement is hokey, but I'm a believer. I'd be miserable without this homeopathy.

This supplement helps a lot when struggling with restless legs. Perhaps the best one I have tried so far for this purpose. As the package says, it dissolves really fast and I already feel an improvement in the symptoms after about 10 min. It helps me fall asleep faster and sleep much better and longer. I was surprised to see arsenic in the list of ingredients but it is a very small amount so I guess it should be perfectly safe.
i have to admittedly praise this product. I've been using both this pm version and the normal version. it really helps for those having problems with PLM, RLS and muscle spasms. I take it when there're symptoms and within 15 minutes they're subsided. it doesn't cause dependency. no need to take it if there're no symptoms

I need this to calm the legs. It's a bit expensive, especially since I need between 2-6 per night but it helps with the nerve twitches and urges to move the legs. Easy to dissolve under the tongue. Zero taste.
My husband and his family have restless legs issues and often cause difficulties to sleep. I found this on iHerb and bought a bottle, he put this next to the bed and took one when he has the restless legs symptoms at night. He said it didn't work everytime, but 70% it worked and he could sleep. I will keep buying it until I find something can work 100%. :-)
