Helps reduce pores size and anti-aging wrinkles =) Have try the same Derma roller microneedling system in facial beauty salon and this benefit me time saving to the salon as I can do it before bedtime at home. I need to apply some face gel to moisture sensitive skin and easier use when rolling over the face.

I have to say this little guy works better than any microdermabrasion mask I have tried. It's even fun to use. It did not hurt, but tingled and a little 'pokey' and it rolled smoothly. Instructions are clear and it said to sanitize with alcohol prior to first use (which I was planning to do, but not sure how & it said to rinse it for a min, then soak head in alcohol for 10 min). Wash face, use this 4 times in each direction, Then I followed up with vitamin E almond oil. It says don't use on eyes or nose. Prior to bedtime I used it mildly on my face (including eyebrows), neck, upper chest, gently on elbows & back of hands. I am 55 years old, Caucasian and my face had a pinkish glow the next morning. It says you may experience redness and skin peeling over the next 4 to 7 days, so plan accordingly. I recommend you don't push hard until you've used it a few times and know how your skin will react. I just laid it on my skin and didn't apply any pressure where my skin was soft, just rolled, and mild to gentle pressure where my skin was tougher or had lines.

I like this product. It’s good quality! I use it once a week with scalp serums. Don’t forget you have to clean it before and after each use with alcohol.

it does help stimulating collagen and elastin production for improved texture, firmness, and reduced scarring. However, i am not sure if it is suitable for sensitive skin.

I’d recommend it for beginners who want to try microneedling at home — just research needle size and proper technique first. Affordable and effective, but definitely something to use responsibly.
