I have had a lot of hair loss from post partum and weight loss....I was talking hair skin and nail gummies and they did nothing for me! Tip: some reviews complain of it being moldy...it’s not! Shake the bottle before use every time take one dropper full and keep it under your tongue for a bit before swallowing. I like this liquid formula because it gives me the freedom to adjust how much biotin I take.I am also satisfied with the ingredients.Always shake before use, otherwise you will end up with a white layer at the bottom.I have been using it for several years now.I have noticed that my nails are growing faster than before.I have baby hair but overall I have not got more hair than before.

really like this liquid biotin. The mixed berry flavor is pleasant and not too sweet, and the dropper makes it easy to measure the dose. I noticed better hair strength and less shedding after using it consistently. The bottle lasts a long time and the quality is great. Would definitely repurchase!

I really like the product the quality is so good the ingredients are clean the size is decent last me so long biotin is good for skin and hair the package is good too easy to use the benefits are on nails but i saw improvement in my hair length

i feel my hair is stronger since i take Biotin drops and they smell of the drops is sweet. With the skin i don’t feel difrence yet
