I do feel an improvement in my mental clarity when taking this. the ingredients are clean and there are no unnecessary filler ingredients. it contains some blueberry which I like. the packaging is great because it has a lid that you can just flip open and you don't have to spend 5 minutes to screw the top off. the softgels are big but smooth and very easy to swallow. I will buy these again and would recommend them. I take them together with cognizin for better performance at work. there are no adverse side effects that I noticed but I only took the one bottle thus far. I take them in the morning with coffee but no food, and my other supplements.
