My husband is on blood thinners because of heart problems. Nevertheless, I would like him to take vitamin K2 MK7 also, for the sake of the healthiness of his blood vessels and the protection of calcium deposition. According to the literature, 45 mcg is acceptable in combination with blood thinners, it does not counteract them.
Must have with my 10 000 IU vit D . Winter here is very long and dark .
