definitely cooling. it's nice quality, doesn't tear easily and easy to use, there's extra essence inside that I like to rub into my neck and chest. normal size, no scent, moisturizing.

These masks are a total life saver after a few hours in the garden. My face is red and hot but then I put on this mask and lay down for a bit and voila! My skin is deeply cooled and feeling great. I only wish there was not so much plastic involved in these masks. The mask itself is encased in plastic, front and back, plus the individual packages, plus there is some base for the mask that does not fully absorb so I think that must be some kind of plastic. It’s just a lot of single use plastic.
