This is my new favorite flavor. It does have a bitterness to it which I think some may not like. I thought is was a little strong at first but it tastes like real lemon.

I put a couple of these in my gym bag to snack on after a workout or training sesh. Great to hit my protein on days where I don't have enough time to eat or if I'm trying to stick to a diet. I prefer the chocolate one though.

I like power crunch products. They are flaky like regular desserts but high in protein. I usually eat this with coffee. Great post-workout snacks.
