If you’re somewhat sensitive to regular creative monohydrate, I’d recommend this. It’s a more bioavailability form, which means you can take it shortly before a workout and probably don’t have to load it like the regular stuff. Although if you do choose loading, a 2 pill a day (1.5g) should be sufficient for the average fitness enthusiasts. Body builders should probably stay away from this unless they have money to burn, since HCL supplements are quite expensive and costs add up. I do notice an ability to squeeze out a few extra reps on this, taking just 1 pill 1 hour before a workout, which could be a placebo effect. But I’ve experimented with and without it for workouts and do notice less fatigue and a consistent ability to do more with these in my pre-workout stack.

Been taking these for a few weeks now. I wanted the creatine benefits but literally every other form wrecks my stomach. Tried mixing with water, warm water, juice, you name it, still nauseous. Even the German creatine people swear by didn’t work for me. So far I had zero issues with these pills. Honestly kind of surprised, but not complaining. I also love the fact that it’s made in USA. Sadly only heard about this product recently. I wish I had tried it years ago.
I’ve been taking this brand’s creatine for some time now and I have to say it really helps with muscle relaxation and soreness relief after working out. The cognitive benefits are an added bonus too! I take 1 tablet a day for daily health benefits, and 2 on days I do strength training.

I appreciate how I can take a smaller dose than creatine monohydrate, and this seems easier on the stomach, causing less bloating. However it is quite expensive compared to monohydrate.
