I am big fan of Lemon Balm, I make tea sometimes of it's dry leaf, but this product worked in it's first day try like a bullet on me, it first ballooned my stomach then at the end of the night got me to go to the toilet then slept good, it continued make me digest food better, demolished my constipation which is the reason behind me not being able to sleep good, compared to my lemon balm tea that make this is way more effective the only reason I can explain it's story is I think how they combined it with alcohol. Trust me, I am decades problems with sleep person, this product demolished me in it's first day and continued to work good after that

I love this brand of Lemon Balm. I've used others that seemed to have no affect. I've used this for anxiety and it's helped relax me some. I find the alcohol base works faster than the vegetable glycerine base.

Excellent tincture that helps with sleep. I use lemon balm for pain, sleep, and anxiety and it works marvelously. This supplement has very minimal ingredients and is of a good quality; easy to take either directly or mixed in with liquids. I feel a lot of benefits from using this in the evenings.

I mix 1 dropper in water an hour before bed, helps me to relax and fall asleep faster and sleep better. has a nice taste too. I just wish it came in a bigger size.
