Great flavour and the only pre workout that doesn’t make me jittery or tweaky. Feel great during my workouts. You can tell it is well made.

The Vibe: A "lighter" version focused on hydration and endurance rather than just raw power. • Pros: Much more affordable and beginner-friendly. It has a moderate 188mg of caffeine and added electrolytes for cardio or field sports. • Cons: Under-dosed on Beta-Alanine and Citrulline if you are looking for that skin-splitting pump or "tingle." • Best For: Cardio-heavy sessions, sports, or people who are sensitive to stimulants.

Within 5 minutes, the caffeine made me alert and hyper. It not only improved my lifts but made them more explosive and less fatigued. The pump is always crazy after taking this formula. Taste could be better but it is sweet and fruity. It dissolves well in the water and so i can’t complain about the quality.

Helps me to push myself to the maximum. Feeling more pump, extra strength and more focus and energy. Can be hard to come down and sleep though. I recommend to use L-Theanine post-workout and maybe Melatonin if that is an issue. Also drink a lot of water when taking this to have maximum benefits. It also makes u sweat a bit more.
