This is a good quality first aid gel that contains ingredients like silver & homeopathic. It has many uses like relieving burns, bruises, ulcerations, sunburn, razor burn, scrapes, rashes, blisters, bug bites and skin eruptions from acne, eczema or minor infection. Lately I used it for acne pimples on my face. It helps to soothe the inflamed acne lesions and speed up the healing. The transparent gel felt slight cooling, odorless, tasteless and it is non-sticky as it absorbs quite well. Also used on oil spill minor burn on my arm when I was cooking. It helps to soothe the redness and helps to heal faster.

Clean ingredients and helps heal wounds fast. Just a little dab and put a band aid and let the gel do the work.

nice first aid gel, exactly what you need to have with kids at home. I use it alot, burns, scratches, bumps. No scent at all. Quality is good. Size is small. I prefer to keep it in the fridge so it's nicer to apply it on burns.

This is a great quality topical first aid gel that has homeopathic composition and is in very convenient and handy package size where I can keep it in my handbag and use it as and when I am at home or not at home when the need arises. It is in small tube format. It has no detectable scent. It feels like a thinner version of aloe vera gelly with initial subtle cooling sensation. It is effective for many usage benefits like minor cuts, scrapes, burns, eczema itches, rashes, blisters, sunburn, mosquito bites, etc. It is a good value for money for so many usages.

Bought this product due to being recommended by the Medical Medium. This is the best brand for sovereign silver and their gel is great for everything they promise to do- wounds, burns, insect bites, and etc. You get prime countless benefits, quality, clean ingredients, decent size and best package (the only thing i don’t like is that you can’t use the whole amount, cause when it comes to end, the pump doesn’t work any more)

I’m actually rewriting my review after trying it. I cut my armpit skin while shaving. Ouchie. I applied this cream. It was in the evening. This morning I woke up and it was all practically healed. It never healed that fast before. So kudos to the cream!! Good I bought it.

I've been looking for an effective natural alternative to triple antibiotic for years, and a friend recommended this one. I like that it doesn't have any petrolatum based ingredients.
