I bought this peanut butter flavor and espresso flavor. Personally peanut butter win for me. The size of package and amount is generous. It taste peanut butter and sweetness. Best when you have it with Greek yogurt. A serve is a bit less than half cup, which is not great amount but it is filling. Most part of ingredient is egg white which is keto friendly. Quality of clusters are fine there is lot of chunks. Good for breakfast or snack time. The package is zipper-lock so easy to use and keep safe.
