I started using this particular Elderberry a few months ago to see if it would assist me in how I felt during my premenstrual cycle. My immune system used to weaken during PMS. Once I started using this brand of Elderberry I noticed a significant difference. It gave me the right boost I needed and I felt a lot better overall. Even with colds, I take 1 teaspoon 2x a day (instead of 1x a day) and again it has helped me out. It tastes great too and is a great price as well.

We take this each time it’s cold or flu season or we feel a cold coming on. I like the ingredients in this one over other similar products.

great taste for kids and adults, seems to benefit when immune system is low. I have a few family members so the bigger size jar is good. I adjusted dosage slightly for when immune system was run down. there seems to be no added nasty ingredients and quality seems good. would recommend

I love this. I add to some carbonated mineral water and its my new non-alcoholic cocktail. I drink everyday this way. Among other anti-oxidants I've added to my regime I did not get my annual cold this year so I'm sure it's all helping me stay healthy.

Flu season with a bad cough necessitated this purchase - the usual Buckley's or Robitussin or Benlyn feels too chemical so trying this is as effective and it's great to know the ingredients in what I take.

This elderberry is decent, I prefer some other brands but if you are in need of one and this fits your budget it's helpful for cold/flu season.

It works when the cold starts, but too sweet for my taste.
