I gave it to stray cats, hoping it can strengthen their immunity system. I think it works to a certain extent to create their runny noses. It is not in capsules, and I have to grind it to powder for adding to canned food.

L-Lysine is recommended by my doctor, for imunity, hashimoto, guts issues. Kal is ok company since they are close to Solaray.

Kal is good, my doctor recommended solaray but I couldn't find it so Kal as sister company is fine replacement.
