I have been taking these supplements for quite some time. I have had a gastric bypass and so have issues with assimilation. I do better with chewable vitamins, so I was looking for a better tasting supplement. This one fills the need quite well. I love the chocolate flavor, and my levels are better when I use chewable vitamins. I don't notice any acid refulx and the size is good as well. It helps me keep my vitamin B levels balanced.

OK, the last brand I used was definitely potent, but the taste eventually got to me and I needed a change. These are delicious!! They are a bit chalky, which is to be expected? But they taste amazing. I recommend these, 100%.

Great taste. Was easy to stick to. Good for the nervous system and stress. Some days I only took half a dosage as it's potent.
