A staple of my son's in the spectrum, it keeps him more attentive and focused. And so studying is easier, behavior is more on rhe balanced side. Significant changes eversince he started in it for almost two years now.

I purchased this supplement because the one I was using has been discontinued by the manufacture. It has quality ingredients and no nasty fillers. Best if all it works. The only downside is the size of the tablets, they are huge. I have cut them in half so I can swallow them. Anyone looking for an anti aging supplement, carnosine is a must.

This carnosine was fine and acceptable but I do prefer carnosine in capsules because there are less binders and fillers but the tablets are good because the carnosine is released slower which does have its advantages.
