Joint Formula, 100 Vegetarian Caps

I've heard Dr. Christopher's products are high quality, but this one has surprised me. I take a different joint supplement in the mornings, and this one at night. The package recommends night use, because certain ingredients are relaxing. Since menopause has robbed me of decent sleep, I thought I had little to lose. I actually am sleeping more soundly, and waking with fewer aches and pains.

I honestly didn't notice much of a difference, however, now that I haven't reordered for a week without them, I'm starting to revert back to the crippling arthritic pain I have lived with for years, so am starting to think that perhaps it did do something? but at the time I was still in pain so I just didn't feel as tho it was working. Not sure about this one. I will order once more just to compare again.

This is a good formula with consistent results of relieving musculoskeletal aches and pains. I prefer to take this only in the evening though because it has valerian root, which can be sedating for some people. If your aches and pains are disturbing your sleep, this is a very good aid.

I take at least one a day, every day for my knees. I just have to keep taking it every day. This doesn't give me gas like glucosamine chondroitin does. With Christopher's Joint Formula, I usually feel pretty normal. If I run out, I can start feeling it in my knees within a week.

Before i try christopher bone and tissur supplement, it is so good for release leg tissue pain (that time i injure leg tissue cell). Now i buy this for elder who has knee pain, hope it is good result too,

This joint supplement really helped me. I like all the ingredients it has. The size of the capsules are good and it worked with the amount it said to use. It only took a month for me to help my joints.

I bought this for my mom who has arthritis and she likes the overall quality and taste of these supplements.. she noticed decreased inflammation and pain.. the ingredients work well for her with no side effects

I've had good results with other Christopher's products. I bought this out of desperation for my shoulder issues. Unfortunately, I did not notice much benefits. I guess this is more for before issues arise.

I love the blend of herbs in this supplement like cayenne, yucca, black cohosh, which I feel helped me with my joint pain. High quality, organic pure herbal ingredients. Thank you iherb.
