Great surprise ! My father have some important joints pains (hips, back and knees) and he's taking a lot of supplements that are adviced for joints health, but for the first time he got an instant effect after taking this PEA tablet, all his pains disappeared until the next day. The anti inflammatory response seems to be obvious with this supplement, but best not to take on daily basis. Another thing he noticed, this supplement made him fall asleep which confirm the cerebral benefits.

I take it every evening and in a week i noticed that my morning headaches are less intense. Also helps with the pain on the spot, of course, if the pain is not very strong. One more thing - here it is cheaper than in my last shopping place, so I guess a very good deal over all. I like the taste - not to sweet and not too intense. it is a great painkiller. the pills are big, but since you can chew them, and they taste really ok, it is not an issue. The pills work amazingly, no need for ibuprofen which is bad for the stomach
