My husband and I like these as a quick 'simple' ingredient snack option. Package size is easy to pack away and carry whether you're going to work or on a plane and no melting involved, so good in the Summer months! Very tasty flavor too! The only thing we'd like better is if it was organic and/or imported cheese.

My first time trying Gouda cheese. It smells faintly of brown butter or caramel. I taste hints and layers of different flavors, like a perfume or wine, depending on how carefully I chew and contemplate it. Creamy. Buttery. Nutty. Sweet. Tangy. Toward the end, a mildly funky bitter note that kinda tasted like mold or plastic on my first bite. Just salty enough to complement the other flavors but not overpower them. The texture of the cheese bites are crunchy and denser than thinner cheese crisps or airier cheese puffs. A decent size bag, enough for two or three decent sized servings.

I would buy these again they have a good flavor and texture kind of like a firm Cheeto
