It smells really good, but for me it was difficult to drink.. Because it taste like liquid protein bar. I really don’t like it. I was trying to drink it with alpro not milk and I did banana shake, but meh… The amount is great (but at first was difficult to find the scoop, cause it was on the bottom) Don’t know about effect, cause I couldn’t yet to drink it often..
