I started using this after they discontinued my favorite makeup remover from another brand. Iobw that it is Cruelty free and affordable, but it can be a little greasy at first as it turns into an oil as you dissolve your makeup. Normal with cleansing balms I suppose, but not used to it. I didn't love using it around my eyes as it didn't wash out all the way and got in my eyes. didn't burn, but made my eyes a little foggy for a bit.
