Vitamin B1, 500 mg, 100 Tablets

I read that solgar has natural and not synthetic version of Vitamin B1 so i have bought it. Take 2 tabs per day in the morning with meal. You will notice more energy the whole day long and you will as well be in a better mood. It you have mood swings then give it a try. In some cases it will increase as well your mental clarity.

Good container and the brand but 500mg of B1 in each tablet is too much. I buy 100 mg. B1 is a water-soluble vitamin and it washes out with urine about every 40 minutes so to consume 500 and wash out soon is unnesessary expense. Better to take 100 mg few times a day iа нщu need it.

Very large pill! A bit hard to swallow fue to size, but makes sense considering the dosage. Otherwise works well, compressed pill not a capsule.
