Benefits- I had terrible allergies but after taking this everyday, its pretty much gone. Tastes Sweet and good quality. Take one tea spoon everyday in the morning. Good ingredient too. Package was good too.

I’m used to buying high quality and high UMF Manuka but this is thicker than what I normally get and it made it slightly hard to eat and swallow. I would order again but prefer our go to brand and will stick with that.
