I don’t know how to tell the high-quality one from the simple one, but it tastes just like other virgin olive oils I used to buy before. It’s good, smells and tastes like virgin oil.
What I like about this Gaea Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is that it is in amber glass bottle to preserve the high quality integrity of the olive oil in it. The oil is quite thick and taste smooth with slight bitterness. It has a subtle grassy scent. I take this with my supplement to enhance further absorption.
