I am having thyroid issues where I go back and forth between hypo and hyperthyroidism. I tried other supplements which didn’t really help with anything and then read that a good supplementation for thyroid needs to contain a good ratio of T3 and T4. This seemed to have that and a blend of other supportive elements that help the conversion of thyroid function as well, so I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did because it has given me so much energy to finally do things! I take 2 capsules a day; one in the morning and one in the evening. I felt so much fatigue and it was hard to do things and now I am finding myself functioning again. I am so thankful to come across this product!
