Unlike magnesium oil, this one did not give the itch feeling. Its kinda hard to spread And leave some white cast. But this one is better than the oil type
I have found great relief in forehead tension when using this lotion. I get migraines that then turn into tension headaches and this helps relieve the pain and tension in both my forehead and the back of my neck and shoulders.
Sort of doesn't completely rub in all the way causing some of it stick around longer than I'd like. Other than, it is what it says it is. Good for the skin based magnesium needs.
I use this on the bottoms of my feet at night for a deeper sleep. I was recommended it to me and it works! I sleep so much better now!

I love magnesium lotion before bed. This product has no paraben, no bpa (compared to a popular brand of magnesium lotion, which doesn't mention these). This product also has better consistency and less sticky.
